Changes the status of all of the issues in the specified context that have the
specified initial status.

Parameters
- context
- Type: IssueTrackerConnectionContext
The current issue tracker context.
- fromStatus
- Type: string
The initial status. If null (Nothing in Visual Basic), any status will match.
- toStatus
- Type: string
The new status of the matching issues.
