Asynchronously clears all buffers for this stream, causes any buffered data to be written to the underlying device, and monitors cancellation requests.

cancellationToken: Type: System.Threading.CancellationToken
The token to monitor for cancellation requests. The default value is System.Threading.CancellationToken.None.
