	CreateProviderFromId<TProviderBase>(int providerId, Inedo.BuildMaster.Extensibility.Agents.BuildMasterAgent agent)	Creates a provider from its ID.
	CreateProviderFromId<TProviderBase>(int providerId, int serverId)	Creates a provider from its ID.
	CreateProviderFromId<TProviderBase>(int providerId)	Creates a provider from its ID.
	GetProviderTypeCode(System.Type providerType)	Returns a provider created based on its System.Type.
	GetProviderTypeCode(System.Type providerType, bool throwException)	Returns a provider created based on its System.Type.
	GetRequiredProviderInterfaces(System.Type type)	Returns a collection of the interfaces that a provider must implement.
	InitializeProvider(Inedo.BuildMaster.Extensibility.Providers.ProviderBase provider, int serverId)	Initializes an already-created provider.
